Hi guys, I'm going to tell you about my fishing trip at Red Mountian. Now we have been learning about Steelhead Salmon in class, so when I got there that's what I expected to catch. I caught Rainbow Trout, but then I remembered that Steelhead salmon and Rainbow Trout are genetically the same fish, but Steelhead travel to the ocean, whereas Rainbow Trout are landlocked. Since they were in the lake they were Rainbow Trout. The lake was quite clear, now the fish were jumping and that's how you can tell the oxygen was low, probably. As I was reeling in the first fish, there was quite a fight. On that trip I caught six fish, and it was a lot of fun. They all had to be about seven pounds each, so they were big ones Mr. Graves said it is OK to exagerate when talking fish). Alright, that is all I have to say, Bye!
